In general, when visiting the website of Nova Garden, no personal data are saved. However, these data can be given on a voluntary basis. No data will be passed on to third parties without your consent. We point out that in regard to unsecured data transmission in the internet (e.g. via email), security cannot be guaranteed. Such data could possibIy be accessed by third parties.

Contact via email or contact form

If you contact us via the contact form or email, the data you provide will be used to process your request. The specification of the data is necessary for processing and answering your request – without providing it, we cannot answer your request, or at least only to a limited extent. The legal basis for this processing is Art. 6 Paragraph 1 lit. b) GDPR.

Use of data in the context of contract processing

The data transmitted by you for the use of our range of goods and / or services will be processed by us for the purpose of processing the contract and are required in this respect. It is not possible to conclude and process contracts without providing your data. The legal basis for the processing is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b) GDPR. We delete the data when the contract is fully processed, but we must observe the retention periods under tax and commercial law. As part of contract processing, we pass on your data if this is necessary for processing (for example, this would be a commissioned transport company in the context of a delivery of goods, an insurance company, a bank or a broker pool for financial services, and possible suppliers and consultants for services). The legal basis for forwarding the data is then Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b) GDPR.

User tracking

We use Analyzati as a tracking tool on our website. This is software that allows us to analyze the use of our website.

The tracking software does not collect any data that can be used to identify you, such as your IP address, and does not set any cookies (for more information, see “Cookies” above). This means that it is not possible to draw any conclusions about individual website visitors.
In addition, the provider of the software is located within the European Union.
A transfer to external services, especially outside the scope of the GDPR, does not take place.

The user tracking is therefore data protection compliant and your consent to use it is not required.

Google Fonts

Currently, the Goolge fonts used are hosted locally on our web installation. They are therefore not downloaded from external servers, especially Google servers, when a page is called up. A conclusion on page visitors by Google is therefore not possible via this detour.
